This week, join us for a 20-minute guided meditation presented by Elizabeth Logan, MOCA's Associate Director, Development Events & Travel. Logan has been a part of the MOCA team for three years, and has been meditating in various forms since childhood. She began to deepen her practice when she started practicing yoga in 2016. Logan keeps a home practice, participates in meditation classes, and encourages meditating anywhere, at any time!
