Take None, Give None is a documentary by photographers Gusmano Cesaretti and Kurt Mangum about The Chosen Few, the nation’s first racially integrated motorcycle club. The film evolved from the club’s long-term relationship with Cesaretti, who began filming in 2010 to capture the experience of riding through the heart of Los Angeles. During production The Chosen Few underwent significant changes due to tensions between its founding members and a younger generation and the police seizure of their South Central clubhouse. Filmed as gritty, lyrical cinéma vérité, Take None, Give None offers a ground-level view of twenty-first century outlaws.
