MOCA members at the Contributing level and above are invited to a private screening of Liquid Light, a new film by MOCA collection artist Lita Albuquerque featuring choreographer and performer Jasmine Albuquerque. Members will be among the first to see this work ahead of its premiere in April as an official Collateral Event at the 59th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia.
Following the screening, Lita Albuquerque will be joined in conversation with art critic Shana Nys Dambrot and Elizabeta Betinski, Executive Director of bardoLA and co-curator of Albuquerque's upcoming exhibition in Venice.
An invitation with event details will be emailed to members at the MOCA Contributing level ($200) and above. Memberships can be purchased or renewed online. If you would like to upgrade an existing membership, please contact the Membership Department at membership@moca.org.
