MOCA Sunday Studio, with Sustainable Skillbuilding Workshop and Student-Led Tours

Enjoy a social time at MOCA for an afternoon of fun for all ages including artmaking, gallery activities, music, and more. Join interactive discussions in the galleries led by 4th-12th grade students in Student Art Connection (SAC), the annual culmination of MOCA’s award-winning classroom partnership program, Contemporary Art Start. SAC students prepare and lead inclusive conversations and activities in the galleries, inviting visitors of all ages to look deeply and share their observations. It’s an annual MOCA highlight! Plus, the Sustainable Skillbuilding series will return with a hands-on workshop that builds practical knowledge to reduce environmental impact through creative reuse, repair, and low-impact living.
