MOCA members are invited to celebrate the opening of One Day at Time: Kahlil Joseph’s Fly Paper. Get a first look before it opens to the public. This presentation is a companion exhibition to One Day at a Time: Manny Farber and Termite Art, concurrently on view at MOCA Grand Avenue. This presentation at MOCA Pacific Design Center features Joseph’s recent film Fly Paper; and like each gallery in the MOCA Grand Avenue exhibition, it is also anchored by a painting by Manny Farber. Taken together One Day at Time: Kahlil Joseph’s Fly Paper continues the exploration of the manifold ways the termite mode can express itself in contemporary art.
