DJ Kita is a Los Angeles based DJ most known for her energetic sets and dynamic hip hop selections. Her sets are fun and unpredictable, and capture the youthful essence of hip hop culture. Kita is a resident DJ and co curator of LA’s premiere black and queer underground party called Hood Rave. She has toured both nationally and internationally.

Kumi James, aka BAE BAE, is a multidisciplinary artist who works with sound, music, and video. She is an organizer of innovative spaces for collaboration and community. James engages in creative practices to ask critical questions about blackness, gender, sexuality and their representation. James' work explores the themes of identity, desire, emotion, and healing. Her work processes and activates these themes on an affective/emotional register in order to provoke insights and understanding on the level of feeling that are hidden when one attempts to gain knowledge purely on the level of objectivity and detached abstraction. As the dj/producer BAE BAE she has performed internationally, including at Afropunk (NY), Pussy Palace (London), and at Pride JA (Jamaica). Her music has been reviewed on Resident Advisor and featured on DJ Mag and Tidal. She hosts a monthly radio show on Dublab called Negress Radio.

Sean MacGillivray is a documentary photographer and the director of The MUI Digital. He photographs a wide range of events and people around the world and regularly documents MOCA's award-winning education programs.
