This panel explores the work of various artists engaging with issues of sustainability through environmental and social justice, community activism, and climate-related content, representing a wide variety of approaches to the broad notion of “sustainability.”

Taking place in the galleries of Lonesome Crowded West: Works from MOCA’s Collection, the pair will discuss Sun's practice as well as her room-sized installation UnderGround (1991) currently on view in the exhibition.
