Chon A. Noriega leads an informal tour of the exhibition Don’t Look Back: The 1990s at MOCA. Noriega is director of UCLA’s Chicano Studies Research Center, a curator, and author and editor of numerous books and academic journals on Latino media, performance, and visual art. In 1995, Noriega commissioned Christina Fernandez’s photo series Maria’s Great Expedition, which will be on view in Don’t Look Back: The 1990s at MOCA, for his exhibition From the West: Chicano Narrative Photography.
