Karl Haendel’s installations function as complex models of representation that play out in pencil on paper. Haendel’s installation for MOCA featured a salon-style hanging of works on paper joined by a grouping of 8 x 12 foot walls from the artist’s studio that were transferred to a gallery in MOCA.
