Michèle Lamy and Helen Molesworth in Conversation

Join Michèle Lamy and Helen Molesworth in conversation on the occasion of Rick Owens: Furniture. The exhibition presents work by renowned Paris-based fashion and furniture designer Rick Owens alongside works by the late artist and musician Steven Parrino. Lamy, an entrepreneur, producer, collaborator, wife, and business partner to Owens, is the primary creative force behind the exhibition. Lamy and Molesworth discuss punk and anarchist design sensibility, finding inspiration in both “high” and “low” forms of American culture, and the influence of Parrino’s misshaped canvases. This program is presented with the support of the City of West Hollywood through WeHo Arts.​
